WHAT WE DO

Mercer Behavioral Health is an Adult Partial Care Program that serves the mental health population in Mercer County NJ.  Mercer Behavioral Health serves adults 21 years or older with intellectual/developmental disabilities and those dually diagnosed with mental health disorders. Our individuals reach their goals through group lessons, pre-vocational training, personal development, and life skills.

 

The program is designed to address the unique complexities of these co-occurring diagnoses.  Mercer Behavioral Health’s uniquely qualified staff specialize in helping people develop and implement strategies to achieve stability and recovery in the community. Our goal is to lead our consumers towards integration and permanence within the community.

 

Mercer Behavioral Health co-occurring services individual counseling, clinically intensive groups, prevocational training, psycho-education, recreation, and other topics and activities.  On-site psychiatric monitoring and care is also available. Person-centered treatment planning is implemented by our team of clinical professionals in a structured environment.

 

Living a fulfilling, social and active life is something that Mercer Behavioral Health promotes and assists the individuals we serve to accomplish. Mercer Behavioral Health services run Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm and is located on North Olden Ave. in Ewing N.J. Our consumers are fiscally supported through SSI/Medicaid and are given breakfast and lunch each day.

At Mercer behavior Health, we have 2 main goals. Our first goal is assisting people with mental illnesses in leading a productive, autonomous, and fulfilling lives. Our second goal is striving to assure that our clients receive services that are individualized, rehabilitative, and focus on strengths.

As a smaller company, we have the ability to focus on helping our clients in more personal ways like delivering food and other essential hygiene products. You are our goal, nothing else.
